FAQs

How long does the database migration take?
Most database migrations are completed by the end of day. We’ll email you as soon as your Eleo 2.0 database is ready.

Will I still have access to Eleo 1.0?
Yes – access to Eleo 1.0 will remain available as ‘View Only’ access for a period of time after migration, but Eleo 2.0 will become your primary database.

Do I need to do anything on migration day?
No – you and your team don’t take any action during the migration, the Eleo team will handle the technical work. Simply avoid logging into Eleo 1.0 during the migration window.

Do I need to do anything before migration?
Please review the Pre-Migration Checklist to ensure your data aligns with Eleo 2.0.

Do I need to do anything after migration?
After migration, you’ll receive an email with steps to log in. You may want to create and adjust user roles so each person has access to the appropriate areas and data. We also recommend reviewing the Post-Conversion Checklist to ensure everything went smoothly.

Do I log in the same way?
No. Your database URL and username will change. You’ll now log in at www.myeleo.com (pro tip: bookmark this page). Usernames are now email addresses – the same email associated with each user before migration.

Can I get training?
Yes, of course! We offer trainings, help articles, and live support to help you feel confident in Eleo 2.0 all listed above in the Resource section.  Your included Live Support from our award-winning team is the same as before.
