Live Phone & Email Support

Eleo’s award-winning live phone and email support is available to you immediately after joining Eleo. We pride ourselves on having an amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable support team. When you call or email, a Support Specialist will respond promptly so your important work doesn’t stall. Live Support Hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST.

Initial Data Import

We know importing your data is a big deal. As an Eleo Client, your Initial Data Import is complementary. You will be assigned your own Import Specialist who will work with you from beginning to end to import all your contacts’ information and giving history.  Your initial import will be completed during your 30-day onboarding process, so you can hit the ground running!

Onboarding

What is Eleo’s definition of onboarding? That we are with you every step of the way! After joining, your dedicated Onboarding Specialist will guide you through your complimentary Initial Data Import, help you locate a variety of learning resources, set up your live trainings, customize your database, and more.

New User Trainings

Learn everything you need to know about getting started on Eleo and customizing your database. New User Training is a 30-minute introduction to Eleo with a certified Support Specialist, offered every other week. Whether your nonprofit is new to Eleo or you have a new Eleo User coming aboard, this is a great resource to get you up and running!

Personal Training Sessions

Your nonprofit is unique and so are your needs, which is exactly why we offer Personal Training Sessions. With your Support Specialist, walk through the specific features and modules you want to learn, while having your questions answered in real time.  These sessions can be one-on-one or with your team.  Personal Training Sessions are available throughout your time with Eleo.

Scheduled Support Calls

Find yourself with a myriad of questions about different features in Eleo? No problem! Eleo users can schedule a 20-30 minute Support Call with our knowledgeable Support Specialists. Scheduled Support Calls are available Monday through Friday from 10:00am – 4:00pm EST.

Learning Library

Access Eleo’s extensive library right from your database! You’ll find step-by-step guides and videos on how to use features, set up integrations, create donation forms and more. On top of that, discover educational webinar recordings, e-guides, and blogs to stay current in your fundraising strategies. The Library is a dream for our DIYers and nightowls out there!

Help Screens

Help is always a click away! When you Click ‘Help’, wherever you are in your database, you will receive a comprehensive explanation of the page you are on and the actions you can take. And it goes one step further! You can add in your own organization’s notes to ensure consistency throughout the database.

Inside Eleo Webinars are a short, 30 minute dive into Eleo’s features, integrations and topics of fundraising and donor relations. These bite-sized sessions are packed with how-to’s, best practices, user tips and more to make sure you are getting the most out of your Eleo database.
