What is EleoPay powered by Stripe?

EleoPay is Eleo’s new built-in payment processor, powered by Stripe, one of the most trusted names in online payments. It’s designed to make your fundraising easier, faster, and more flexible — all within Eleo.

What payment types can be accepted with EleoPay through my Eleo Web Forms?

You’ll now be able to accept credit cards, ACH (bank transfers), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and Amazon Pay.

What is the processing rate?

EleoPay credit card transactions are processed at 2.5% + 30¢ per transaction.

Is EleoPay powered by Stripe the same as Stripe?

Yes and no. EleoPay uses Stripe’s trusted payment infrastructure, but it’s a separate connection designed specifically for Eleo. This integration gives Eleo’s support team insight into your transactions so we can help you directly — without you needing to contact Stripe support.

The ability to connect to EleoPay powered by Stripe will appear soon, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s available in your Eleo Database.

Organizations With an Active Stripe Account Up Arrow

How do I connect my Stripe account to EleoPay?

We’ll provide step-by-step instructions soon, before the transition takes place. The process is quick and straightforward —  you’ll go to your Eleo Settings, click to connect to EleoPay, then log in to your Stripe account to authorize.

Connecting early ensures your organization is ready when EleoPay becomes active, and setup should only take a few minutes.

I don’t currently have a Stripe account. How do I get started?

Once EleoPay launches, you’ll see an option within Eleo’s Settings to apply for an EleoPay powered by Stripe account.

Our Support Team can assist you through the process if you’d like help at any point.

What type of support do I receive with EleoPay?

You’ll receive the same friendly, knowledgeable support team you already know from your Eleo database — now they’ll just have added insight into your EleoPay transactions and be able to assist you. Saving you time! And just like before, there’s no additional cost for support.
