As a grant recipient, the nonprofit organization will agree to the following:
Enter an up-to-date organizational credit card upon initial login (you will not be charged until your grant period has expired).
Use their Eleo database regularly (a minimum of twice a month).
Create secure user name and password for each user on the system.
Attend new user training session (for all Eleo users).
Schedule and attend personal training sessions as needed with the Eleo Support Team.
Acknowledge that 2 or more "no shows" for scheduled trainings could result in suspension of support access.
Initiate contact with your Support Specialist within 30 days of the grant start date.
Respond promptly to emails sent by Eleo’s Success Manager and other members of the Support Team.
Update Eleo’s Support Team with any contact changes to the account – name of primary contact, email, phone etc.
Update Eleo’s Support Team immediately with any difficulties in continuing to use the software.
Complete an Eleo Feedback Survey halfway through your Opportunity Grant.
Follow Eleo Cancellation Guidelines, if you will not be moving forward as an Eleo client (15-Day notice required for cancellations).
Observe the right of Eleo Donor Management to update or alter the length of the Opportunity Grant at any time.
Observe the right of Eleo Donor Management to terminate any Opportunity Grant due to violations of the above agreement.
