These are terms and conditions that commonly apply to promotions for Eleo, including ones where you must redeem a promotional code as part of the offer and where no alternative terms and conditions apply.

  1. Promotions are a limited time offer. Eleo has the right to expire promotions even if no expiration date is indicated.
  2. Promotions are for new Eleo clients only, unless stated otherwise.
  3. Past Eleo clients can use promotions if your database has been deactivated for a minimum of one year.
  4. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, free trials, or grants.
  5. Promotions limited to one use per account/organization.
  6. Each promotional code applies only to qualifying items.
  7. Eleo reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
  8. Offer is non-transferrable and may not be resold.
  9. If you violate any of the offer terms, the offer will be invalid.
  10. Eleo will not refund the price of a promotion or plan once it has been paid.
  11. If your organization worked with an Eleo Support Specialist to have your data imported, but needs to cancel before any monthly fees have incurred, you will be charged for one month of Eleo, at your current subscription level.
  12. If your organization utilizes over 5 hours per month of support during your promotion period, but needs to cancel before any monthly fees have incurred, you will be charged for one month of Eleo, at your current subscription level.
  13. If you wish to discontinue service with Eleo, you are required to abide by Eleo’s cancellation guidelines. A 15-day notice is required to cancel.
