1. The nonprofit organization is provided 3 rounds of Web Form edits. Each round of edits must list all changes needed on the Web Form. The complete list of edits are expected to be sent within 3 business days from receiving the Web Form draft.
  2. Web Forms will be created within the current scope of Eleo software features.
  3. Once the final Web Form is approved by the nonprofit, no more edits may occur.
  4. After approval, if the nonprofit requires further edits, additional fees will incur.
  5. Communications will be maintained in a timely manner; nonresponsiveness on behalf of the nonprofit will result in a finalization of Web Form and a charge for services completed.
  6. Eleo is responsible for the design of the front facing Web Form. Backend set up and management of Eleo Web Forms is not included in this service.
  7. Activating and using the Web Form (i.e. integrating with a payment processor, hosting the form on the nonprofit website, etc.) is the responsibility of the nonprofit.
