It’s no secret that the holidays can be stressful, especially if you work at a nonprofit and are overwhelmed with end-of-the-year appeals and donor festivities. Maybe you’re feeling like you are missing out on family traditions by working long hours or struggling to get into the holiday spirit due to a heavy workload.
